Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

5. Products or Services
Selected products may be available exclusively online. Quantities may be limited and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
We strive to display product images and colors accurately; we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display accuracy.
We may limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and limit quantities per order. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change anytime without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of products or services will meet your expectations or that errors in the Service will be corrected.
6. Orders, Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders using the same account, card, or billing/shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you using the email/phone provided at purchase. Orders suspected as placed by resellers/distributors may be declined.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update details (email, phone, addresses, and payment card expiry) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Optional Tools & Third-Party Apps
We may provide access to third-party tools which we do not monitor and over which we have no control. You acknowledge that we provide access “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements and we have no liability arising from your use of them.

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the Service or when you cease using the site.
If we suspect you have failed to comply with any Term, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; we may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

We operate online-only and do not offer in-person shopping or pickup. Shipping, delivery timelines, return eligibility, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy posted on the site. Promotional offers are subject to individual terms and may change without notice.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
