Refund policy
At MyPets.lk (Pvt) Ltd, we want you to be happy with every purchase you make. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
- Returns are not accepted for perishable, hygiene, or consumable items such as pet food, treats, grooming liquids, supplements, or litter.
How to Request a Return
Email support@mypets.lk with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the process and arrange courier collection or drop-off as applicable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if you receive a faulty or incorrect product.
