Shipping policy

At MyPets.lk (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to deliver your pet essentials quickly and reliably to every corner of Sri Lanka.
Please review our shipping terms and timelines below.


1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka through our trusted courier partners.
We are an online-only business and do not offer in-store pickup or walk-in purchases.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery durations (business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays):

  • Colombo & suburbs: 1 – 3 working days.
  • Outstation areas: 3 – 7 working days.
  • Pre-orders or special items: Timelines will be shown on the product page or shared after order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to weather, courier capacity, or public holidays.


3. Order Processing & Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a working day are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon, or during weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with your courier tracking details.


4. Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.
We occasionally offer free delivery promotions for orders above a specified value, which will be displayed on our website or social media during the promotional period.


5. Order Tracking

You can track your parcel using the tracking number or link sent to you after dispatch.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact our support team at support@mypets.lk.


6. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to answer courier calls, the package may be returned to us.
Re-delivery will require payment of the applicable courier fee.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate before confirming your order.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via support@mypets.lk, including your order number and photos of the package/items.
We will promptly investigate and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.


8. International Shipping

We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only.
