Delivery, payment, returns and product questions, answered.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day are dispatched the same day. Colombo and suburbs usually receive parcels in 1 to 3 working days, outstation areas in 3 to 7 working days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the courier collects your parcel.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged by the total weight of your order, anywhere in Sri Lanka. It starts at Rs 450 for orders up to 1 kg and rises by Rs 110 for each extra kilogram band. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Heavy orders over 25 kg travel as two parcels, both tracked.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. We accept Visa and Mastercard online through our secure payment gateway, and bank deposit or bank transfer. Bank details are shown at checkout when you choose that option, and your order is dispatched once the payment is confirmed.
Is your pet food genuine?
Yes. Everything we sell is genuine branded stock, stored indoors away from heat and sunlight in our Pannipitiya warehouse. If you want the current batch details for a product before you order, message us on WhatsApp and we will check the pack for you.
Do you check expiry dates before sending food?
Yes. Every food and treat pack is checked for its expiry date before it leaves us. We do not send short-dated food without telling you first.
Can I return an item?
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo and we will sort it out. Opened food and medication cannot be returned for safety reasons. Unused accessories can be returned clean, complete and in the original packaging.
How do I track my order?
When your parcel is dispatched you receive an email with the courier tracking number and a link. Delivery status updates are shown on the same tracking page as the courier moves the parcel.
Can I collect from your shop?
We are an online store and do not have a walk-in shop. All orders are delivered by courier to your door anywhere in Sri Lanka.
Which brands do you stock?
Dog and cat food from Royal Canin, Pedigree, Black Hawk, Eukanuba, SmartHeart, Drools, Purina, Classic Pet, Morando, Me-O and Whiskas. Health products from NexGard, Bravecto, Frontline and Beaphar. Treats and accessories from Seepet, RAVPET and Embark. Aquarium and pond equipment from Nishikigoi, Aquascape and Hygger. Bird food and supplements too.
Which food should I choose for my dog or cat?
Match the food to your pet's age and size: puppy or kitten formulas until 12 months, adult formulas by breed size, senior or light formulas for older or overweight pets. If your vet has named a diet, search the exact name. Each dog food page has a feeding calculator that shows the daily portion and cost per day for your dog's weight.
