- Dismantle pump.
- Remove pump into parts, and wash well. Use soap to remove all the grime and built-up calcium deposits
- Pay special attention to the ceramic shaft, which is fragile and the hole it falls into - clean well
- Wash all parts with clean fresh water, reassemble and use.
